Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MQCL-CRM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

MQCL-CRM provides a customer relationship management workspace for managing leads, contacts, companies, deals, activities, tasks, reports, users, and roles. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Workspace admins control team membership and role-based access within their workspace.

MQCL-CRM is offered on a paid subscription billed at $25 per month per workspace through our payment provider, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data outside your workspace, disrupting the service, uploading unlawful content, or using the service to send unsolicited or unlawful communications.

You retain ownership of the data you store in your workspace. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
