We collect the information you provide when you create an account or workspace, such as your name, email address, and workspace details, along with the customer data you choose to store in MQCL-CRM (contacts, companies, leads, deals, activities, and tasks).

We also collect basic technical information automatically, including log data, device and browser type, and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.

We use your information to provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, process subscription billing through our payment provider, send transactional and support emails, and improve product reliability and performance.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use the customer records inside your workspace for advertising.

Each workspace is fully isolated. Members of one workspace cannot access the data of another. Access within a workspace is further controlled by role-based permissions set by workspace admins.

Subscription payments are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Billing-related identifiers are retained only as needed to manage your subscription.

We retain workspace data for as long as the workspace is active. You can request export or deletion of your workspace data by contacting us. When a workspace is closed, associated data is removed in accordance with our retention practices.

We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of material incidents as required.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
