Refund Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for MQCL-CRM subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1.Try before you pay
Every new workspace starts on a free 3-day trial with full access to MQCL-CRM. No payment method is required to begin the trial, so you can evaluate the product end to end before you are ever charged.
We ask you to use the trial to confirm that MQCL-CRM fits your team, because subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
2.Subscription fees are non-refundable
MQCL-CRM Pro is billed at $25 per month per workspace. Our order process is conducted by Paddle, our merchant of record — Paddle is the seller of record and is what appears on your card statement. Payments are charged in advance for each billing period.
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable. This includes partial billing periods, unused time on an active subscription, workspaces that were created but not used, and periods during which you forgot to cancel.
3.Cancel any time, keep access to the end of the period
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.
Because access continues through the period you paid for, cancelling does not generate a refund or a pro-rated credit for the remaining days.
4.Duplicate and incorrect charges
If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount that does not match the plan you selected, contact us and we will investigate. Verified billing errors are refunded in full to the original payment method.
5.How to request a refund
Email contact@mqcl-crm.com from the address associated with your account. Include your workspace name, the date and amount of the charge, and a short description of the issue.
We aim to respond to billing enquiries within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6.Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — we can usually resolve it faster directly. Workspaces subject to an open chargeback may have access suspended until the dispute is resolved.
7.Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Where such a right applies, it takes precedence over the terms above.
8.Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page, and they apply to charges made after the change takes effect.
